One coach, your numbers, every week.
Coaching here starts with your lab data, not a template. Your zones come from your own metabolic test, your week is built around the hours you actually have, and we adjust it together as your fitness moves.
Science-backed. Athlete-first . No compromise.
ProEnduranceLab applies elite sport physiology to individual athletes - from age-group athletes to professional competitors. Every plan is built from your data, not a template
Why ProEnduranceLab.
Data before opinion
Every training decision is made based in your VO2max, lactate and ventilatory thresholds and power data. We measure, then prescribe - not the other way round. We make sure to know where we are coming from in order to define the journey.
Practitioner, not spectator
We train and race along our athletes. The protocols and sessions we prescribe have also been the ones we have used and experienced ourselves. No detachment between lab and field. Your coach understands how your sessions should feel.
Pro-level access
The same physiological standars used with our pro athletes are applied to every athlete on the programme, regardless of the level and goal. Everyone deserves the highest service. Bringing professionalism to every athlete.
Every programme runs on the same six pillars.
Periodised training plan
Full season structure from base to taper, build around your race calendar and life constrains. Delivered via TrainingPeaks with daily TSS targets, but also daily metrics.
Metabolic baseline & tracking
VO2max, Moxy and lactate threshold testing to establish precise training zones. Retesting at key blocks to track adaptation and adjust targets.
Weekly monitoring & Feedback
Systematic review of training load, HRV trends, and session quality. Plan adjustments made proactively - before fatigue becomes a problem.
Nutrition strategy (training & race day)
Carbohydrate periodisation, gut training protocols, and race-specific fuelling plans. Built from your sweat rate, body weight and race durations.
Race planning & strategy
Detailed race-day documents covering pacing by segment, power/pace targets, nutrition timing and contingency protocols. Heat protocols implemented too.
Video analysis & form review
Swim and run technique assessment with annotated video feedback. Repeated at key checkpoints or following injury/technique changes
Three levels of support. The same physiology behind all of them.
Every plan is individual and built from testing data. What changes is how much contact, testing and race-side support you need from us.

Coaching is what happens between the sessions.
The plan matters less than how quickly it responds when life, fatigue or travel gets in the way. This is what a normal week looks like once you are in.
A plan that answers back.
Your files come in, I read them against the targets we set, and the next block is adjusted before you start it. Nothing waits for a monthly cycle.
- SaturdayYour files reviewed against the week's targets + planning
- SundayNext block published, with the reasoning written out
- MondayWeekend assimilation + adjustments if needed
- ThuMid-week check: fatigue, sleep, load tolerance
- Any dayMessage me when the week changes as the plan changes with it
Athletes who stopped guessing.
"My FTP jumped 31 watts in a season. The testing made every interval feel like it had a reason."
"The bike fit alone gave me free speed. I am holding aero for hours I could not before."
"Pablo coaches the whole athlete. Numbers, head, life. First time I have trained sustainably."
Before you apply.
Do I need to be tested before starting?
Ideally yes but it is not totally requiered. Testing and starting from day one with total individualization is what separates this from a template, and it means your first week is already calibrated. If we can't get you tested straight away, we start from field data and test as soon as we can travel and set it up.
What sports do you coach?
Triathlon, road and gravel cycling, running and ultra trail. The physiology and the testing protocols we do are all considering the specific demands of the sport and distance you want tom race in; the sessions and the bike work are always sport-specific.
How many hours a week do I need?
There is no minimum. Plans are built around the hours you genuinely have, whether that is six or twenty. Most athletes who come here are short on time, not on motivation. The key is to do as minimum hours that would bring us the biggest adaptations. Quality over quantity.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Three months for coaching plans, because that is the shortest window in which we believe adaptation is measurable. After that it runs month to month and you can pause any time with a 1-month notice.
Do you coach remotely?
Yes. Most athletes are coached remotely and come to us for testing, bike fitting or training camps. Everything else works over the platform and calls. We do have as a priority communication to be as close to our athletes as possible.
What are your credentials?
I don't just study endurance performance. I live it. I hold a Master's in High Performance Sport (Spanish Olympic Committee – UCAM, Distinction) and a Master's in Sports Physiology (ISAF), alongside an International Certification in Applied Physiology, Hydration & Performance. My academic background started in hard science; a BSc in Biology (physiology specialisation) and an MSc in Physical Oceanography (University of Southampton, full scholarship, Distinction), which is why I think in systems, data, and mechanisms, not just protocols. I lecture in Thermoregulation & Hydration at the Universidad de Valencia's Master's in Sports Nutrition & Dietetics, and my thesis - developed in collaboration with CORE Body Temperature - focused on core temperature as a performance factor in endurance sport. And yes - I race myself. Two Ironman World Championships, one 70.3 World Championship, and a Galician ITT title. Every protocol I prescribe, I've tested on my own body. The science is real. The results are documented. The lab is open.
Places are limited, on purpose.
I coach a small roster so every athlete gets a real weekly review. Start with a free consultation and we'll decide together whether this is the right fit.
